Surface area in excess of 200 sq. meters will be taxed at a higher rate.
If the property qualifies, there are two ways for the Ministry of Finance and power company to know if the owner himself/herself qualifies for the lowest rate.
a) If the owner resides in the property: Socially vulnerable groups should be registered for special rates offered by DEH/PPC and other power companies to large families, disabled, unemployed and other low-income households. See ?????????? ??????? ?????????.?
b) If the owner does not live in the property being taxed:
? Unemployed should be registered with OAED from January 1-August 31 in 2011 and January 1-April 30 in 2012, and this information will be passed to DEH/PPC or other power supplier.
? Long-term unemployed not collecting OAED subsidies must have a declared income of ?8,000 or less on their 2010 tax filing, and will need to submit an application via gsis.gr, which will be cross-checked and passed to DEH/PPC or other power supplier.
? Disabled should already be on record with a certificate issued by a public hospital.
The bill will be adjusted or a refund issued if tax was already paid.

Total area is defined as all declared surface area with electricity supplied, including parking garages, storage rooms or balconies.

2. Location of property
Properties in Greece are assigned a zone rate or ???? ????? (timi zonis) according to location, with minimum and maximum values expressed in euros and square meters, i.e., ?1,800 per sq. meter. 3. Age of property
Properties between 0-25 years old will be assessed a surcharge of 5-25 percent, inversely proportional to age. In tables published by the Ministry of Finance and Greek news, the percentage is expressed as a coefficient for multiplication purposes.

The annual tax is for two years and invoiced via electricity bills.

However, the electric company has its own financial troubles with 175,000 disconnections since January, 450,000 to 909,000 delinquent accounts (depending on what source you believe) and ?135 million in arrears owed by the Greek government.

"Loosely speaking, the flashes freeze the motion and create a sharp image of the quantum behavior."

With this new tool, experiments will be able to peer into the quantum world at a completely new scale of mass and size. Ringer knows its place, and much like Buffy -- we can't help bring up the comparison ? the show's tone walks that same line between melodrama and real emotional moments, between kicka-- action and a little cheese. Dress it up in neo-noir trappings, and hot dog, you've got a serial thriller that's pretty unique among prime time's uber-intense cops and criminals and forensics experts and medical examiners...

5. It's not for teens. In fact, it's a tad out of place on The CW, whose big stars are 150-year-old vampires in brooding teen bodies and affluent just-out-of-high schoolers leading extraordinarily escapist fantasies. Whether you want to train people on a particularly difficult program or show everyone how to fix a problem you've run into before, recording a screencast is an easy way to do it. Thankfully, there are plenty of applications that let you record your screen, save the video, and share it with friends.
We asked you earlier in the week which application you preferred to record your screen when you wanted to make a screencast. You responded with plenty of suggestions, and we collected the votes. Now we're back to highlight the top five.
Camtasia Studio is the most expensive screen recording tool in the roundup, but it's also one of the most feature packed. The last time we looked at the app it was Windows only, but the latest versions support Mac OS as well, and allow you to record your entire screen, single applications, or part of your display, save your screencasts in multiple formats, upload directly to YouTube, and more. You can quickly edit audio tracks separate from the video, so you can narrate what you've recorded later and then combine the tracks into a final video, and more.
CamStudio may be Windows only, but it's free, open-source, easy to use, and one of the most lightweight apps in the top five. You won't get as many features from CamStudio as you will from most of the others, but if you just want a quick way to record an occasional video, save it, and then work with it in another application that you prefer, CamStudio is perfect for the job. Still, there's as much love for CamStudio as there is hate for it, so your mileage may vary.
Jing is another TechSmith product, the same company behind Camtasia Studio. In addition to being a free and effective screenshot utility, it's also a free tool to take screencasts, and an affordable alternative to Camtasia Studio. Both the free and the pro versions only allow you to record five minute videos, and both of them allow you to upload video to Screencast.com and come with a free 2GB account for video sharing. They allow you to record all or part of your screen, and share your videos when complete. The free version only allows you to save videos in SWF format, while the pro version added MPEG-4 format. You'll have to shell out for the pro version if you want to upload videos directly to YouTube, record your webcam, or take screen recordings without the Jing branding on them.
Screenflow may be Mac-only, but it's one of the most feature-rich screencasting utilities in the roundup. You can record your entire or part of your display in HD, record from your monitor or a video camera, and record audio from your computer and your microphone simultaneously. You can also customize your cursors, add tiles and text to your video, and more. You can add captions to the video, share it, upload it to YouTube (in HD, even,) or save the video as an MP4, AVI, or flash video. Free accounts can do all of this, but pro accounts allow you to remove the Screencast-o-Matic watermark, password protect your screencasts, and download a Java app that lets you record screencasts offline. Pro accounts also get video editing tools.

Honorable mentions this week go to Apple's Quicktime ? in Max OS X 10.7 Lion, you don't need a separate app to create screencasts. Lion can do it for you. Another honorable mention goes to Microsoft Expression Encoder, a feature-packed video production utility for Windows. It'll set you back $199, but for that price you can create live webcasts, screencasts, add watermarks, and publish it all for the Web in Silverlight.

First of all, I want to tell everyone that reads this that I am looking for answers that actually help out my issue. Not convincing me to stop.
I started smoking marijuana about this time a year ago(my freshman year) and then I got carried away and got caught with possession of marijuana earlier this year in February. After that incident I stopped smoking marijuana for the 2 months I was waiting for the papers telling me to go to the courthouse. Then when I went to talk to the probation officer, I was put on TASC for 2 months and tested clean on every single drug test. At that point it was 4 months clean off marijuana. After TASC, my parents decided to random drug test me for another 2 months, now its today. So overall I went 6 months without smoking marijuana EASILY. But last week I decided to get back into it.
No, it was not my 'addiction' making me. It's just I want to have fun. I know all about marijuana its pros and cons. I know it could cause cancer because any form of smoke is polluting to the lungs. It effects everybody differently, and the stupid smokers are the ones that society is judging marijuana on. For me, personally I focus so much better, think the most boring things are interesting, and I am in full control of my body and mind. I did great in school coming every morning stoned I had like a 3.7 gpa. But once I got caught it all went down because there was too much stress.
Anyways, my mom found out I started smoking and she's treating me as if I just shot up heroin or something. I tried explaining to her how marijuana is at the bottom of the family and is almost completely harmless. But she is crying and yelling at me telling me that it's sooo bad for you and that you shouldn't do it. I went on the internet and showed her pictures of cocaine, heroin, meth, and then weed. I was so aggravated that I raised my voice and said "I'm not a druggie! Do you see me sticking needles into myself and stealing money from your purse?! No!". Everybody has something they like to do. I tried sports, skateboarding, a few clubs, and some other things and they didn't really catch my attention. Marijuana caught it though, I just know it is because it is something that has never gotten old to me. I told her everything I know about it and you know what she says? "it's not good for you!". Now my parents are taking my life away from me. It's bad enough my girlfriend broke up with me, but now my parents are making everything harder. I know these are tough times but I'm passionate about marijuana. I don't use it like a party drug I use it to relax after a horrible stressful day or even week. Now they are basically telling me they don't want the sun seeing me anymore. They are telling me I can't go outside unless I'm with them. It's really p!ssing me off because they don't understand how big marijuana is to me.
Please give me serious answers that are actually supporting to my topic.
